MEET MARK ANDERSON

Welcome to Barbell Basics Training! My name is Mark Anderson; I am Personal Trainer focused on helping you reach your fitness goals. Starting in 2019, I have helped a multitude of clients improve their strength through 1-on-1 coaching. My approach is simple: we use compound lifts to strengthen the body. To help clients reach and maintain their goals, I also provide examples of nutrition (for active lifters) and lifestyle advice. My clientele ranges from novice lifters to competing power-lifters, but all follow the same principles: FORM, DEDICATION, and CONSISTENCY. Whether you want to make life’s tasks easier or set a personal record at your next power-lifting meet, Barbell Basics is your gym.
